I made the promise before I went to bed.
It was time to do; enough had been said.

An energetic snail.
I'm happy to report I came out ahead.

Hitting "snooze" to start a hectic day
Despite Google Maps, going astray.
A good deed gone awry.
Risking a UTI
to attend a meeting I missed anyway.

To their delight, the children found
Water filled in the potholes in the ground
And made oceans for their boats,
the new avatars of last year's notes.
Avast! Adventures and thrills abound!

Purists and Pop

Kylie Minogue made a very catchy, meta song.
Alanis did the same and its nothing wrong.
Pop lives up to its name
with fluff, fortune and fame.
If you dont like it, there's otheres; so move along.

Preserving our films; Preserving our past

Movies were made, impacted us and time flew.
Of their original prints, we don't have a clue
We need to find them and preserve,
Give them the future they deserve.
Whether they're black and white or even blue!
